Listing form field guide
Each row below matches a field on the seller “Create equipment listing” form—use it while you type so buyers—and ops—get exactly what they need.
- Listing title
- Lead with equipment + why it’s attractive (year, model, lane).
- Category
- What a buyer would search (excavator, boom truck, reefer, etc.).
- Make / model / year
- Match your spec sheet—buyers filter mentally on this line.
- Serial / VIN
- Required for ops; proves the unit you are describing.
- City & state
- Where the asset is today (or where title sits).
- Monthly payment
- The headline buyers compare—your contracted all-in monthly.
- Deposit & buyout
- Anything due up front and an optional purchase option price.
- Remaining term
- How many payments or months remain on the obligation you’re swapping.
- Condition
- Honest grade so you book serious buyers, not surprises.
- Deal template / lane
- Matches the paperwork path (assumption, payment swap, lease-to-own).
- Titled collateral
- Check this when DOT/title applies; it drives compliance checks.
- Description
- Inspection highlights, liens, service history—mirror what you’d say on a call.
